9:00 AM – The Sangha chairman of the ceremony lights candles and incense sticks to pay homage to the Triple Gem
– Phra Promwachirayan, the President of the construction project of Wat Nawamintararachutis delivers a welcome remark.
– Chairman of the laypeople presents a report.
– Chairman Richard Schiavo, Chairman of Raynham Board of Selectmen delivers a welcome speech and accepts a token of appreciation.
– Phra Rajbuddhividej, the president of the Council of Thai Bhikkhus in USA presents a report.
– The Sangha chairman delivers speech and opening remarks for the annual meeting of the Council of Thai Bhikkhus in USA # 38th/2014.
– H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the United States of America delivers a speech and receives a token of appreciation.
– Phrakru Siriatthavides, Secretary-General of the Council of Thai Bhikkhus introduces participants from each temple.

1:30 PM Dhamma Talk by Dr. Phra Prombandit, Abbot of Wat Prayurawongsawat, member of the Secretariat to the Executive Committee for the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand, Rector of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University
2:00 PM Phra Promwchirayan, Member of the Thai Sangha Supreme Council in USA, Abbot of Wat Yannawa, President of Sangha Group lights candles and incense sticks in honor of the Triple Gem.
Mr. Rasmee Chittham, Consul General of The Royal Thai Consulate General in New York presents a report on the festivities.
3:00 PM H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the United States of America, President of Congregation begins the delivery ceremony of ordination hall to the monks from all four directions.
Phra Promwchirayan offers blessings to the congregation.
3:30 PM Demarcation Ceremony:
– The Nimitta ball hosts receive cutting-equipment and get on their positions.
– Mr. Pramuan – Mrs. Pimploy Likhitsansuk, et al, the hosts of the center Nimitta Ball and President of Congregation cut the ball ropes.
– All the Nimitta Ball hosts cut the balls ropes at the same time.
– Chanting by 10 monks
Sima-Nimitta Boundary-Marking Ceremony
– The congregation offers prayers and pours water to extend and receive blessings.
– The hosts offer other amenities to monks.

– Welcome remarks from State Representatives of Massachusetts
– Somdej Phravanaratana summons the King’s Buddha to the top of the temple for worship and enshrines the relics of the Buddha in front of the main Buddha statue in the chapel.
– Chanting by 10 monks
– President of ceremony and congregation offer other amenities to 10 monks.
– 10 monks offer blessings to the congregation.
– Somdej Phravanaratana departs for the meditation center “Nawamin Rajavidalaya” (2nd floor) and then lights candles and incense sticks in honor of the Triple Gem.
– Somdej Phravanaratana departs for Mahavajiralongkorn Hall (1st floor) then lights candles and incense sticks in honor of the Triple Gem.
– Somdej Phravanaratana unveils Mahavajiralongkorn Hall, Nawamin Rajavidayala, Public Center for Thais and all nations, and the NMR museum.
– Chanting by 10 monks
– Mr. Rasmee Chittham, Consul General of The Royal Thai Consulate General in New York invites 150 donors to receive a token of appreciation.
