Course Details:
– Duration : 3 days
– Schedule : Every Weekend
– Start : Friday evening at 6:00 PM
– End : Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM
– Location : NMR Meditation Center
Daily Schedule:
– Morning Chanting : 6:00 AM (Optional)
– Practicing Time (Walking and Sitting) :
– 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Begins with introduction)
– 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Break: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM)
– 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes individual interviews after practice)
– Evening Chanting: 6:00 PM (Optional)
Practice Types:
– Walking Meditation
– Sitting Meditation
– Standing Meditation
– Eating with Mindfulness
– Loving-Kindness Meditation (Metta)
Accommodations:
– Stay at the NMR Meditation Center Dormitory
– Meals : Breakfast and Lunch provided
– Break : Afternoon break with light refreshments

– Course Fee : $150

Please wear white cloth colors to the NMR Meditation Center.
Do not wear shorts and sleeveless tops.
