Saturday :
9AM-10.30AM
1-4PM * break 30mins at 3pm
7-9PM including individual interview after finished practicing during a day
Sunday :
9AM-10.30AM
1-4PM *break 30min at 3pm
Morning chanting 6AM
Evening chanting 6PM
The practice involves engaging in mindful activities such as walking, sitting, standing, and eating, alongside the practice of Loving Kindness meditation within the context of a structured course.
The schedule is designed to accommodate individual flexibility, allowing participants to tailor their practice to suit personal preferences and needs. This approach enables a more personalized and meaningful integration of mindfulness techniques into daily life.

Please wear white cloth colors to the NMR Meditation Center.
